About Us

Jeff Mills is a partner in the Lancaster law firm of Nikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP where he chairs the Litigation Department.

He has a wide background in civil litigation and more than 17 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Litigation. He is also a speaker and lecturer on Pennsylvania Worker's Compensation law.

Jeff is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lancaster County Bar Association and has been admitted to practice at the Bar of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Jeff is also permitted to practice at the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Jeff also served as a Commander in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the United States Naval Reserve.

He is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and the Temple University School of Law.
